Are there setup fees?

Screen printing: $20 per ink color, per print location, on orders under 48 pieces. Orders of 48 or more have no setup fees. Sample runs of 1-11 pieces are $45 per color. Embroidery: a one-time $25 (1-6 pieces), $20 (7-11) or $15 (12-23) setup per design, and none at 24 or more.

Is there a minimum order?

Online orders have a $25 minimum. You can still order a single blank or sample piece as long as your order comes to $25 or more. Per-piece pricing drops at 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, 100, 144 and 288 pieces, and setup fees go away at 48. The builder shows you the next price break as you enter quantities.

How long will my order take?

Typical production time is about 8-10 working days after your art is approved and the garments are in. Your exact timing is confirmed on your order confirmation. Need it sooner? Choose "I need them sooner" at checkout and we will reach out; rush fees may apply.

What art files should I upload?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print best. A high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 dpi at print size also works. We review every file and send a digital mockup for approval before anything is printed.

Can I order blank garments with no printing?

Yes. Enter your sizes, skip the decoration step, and confirm the blank-item box before checkout. Blanks are priced at the base price shown on the page.

What about shipping and pickup?

Shipping to one address is free on orders of 100 pieces or more. Under that it is a per-piece charge with a $14.95 minimum, shown in the builder before you check out. We can also split-ship to multiple addresses for a per-piece fee ($14.95 minimum). Local pickup at 1435 Busch Pkwy, Buffalo Grove, IL is free; pickup orders are not shipped.
